Yes! If you are going to add bananas, we recommend adding no more than 2 mashed bananas and omitting the water, since the banana will add moisture.
To prepare:
Whisk eggs, then add in oil and mashed banana. Mix well.
Add dry mix and mix well. Batter will be thick! If it appears dry, add 1-2 TBSP additional water or more banana.
It may take longer to bake, so check for doneness by toothpick coming out mostly clean in center and/or it should bounce back when pressed in center.
It will be more moist with banana and will set up more as it cools.
