Can I use a 9x13 pan?

If you want to make one of our cake or muffin mixes in a 9x13 pan, you can use two boxes and follow the cake or loaf instructions (depending on the product). Bake for 35-40 minutes, with no foil on top. If more bake time is needed, add foil to prevent it from getting too dark. When ready, the center should bounce back when pressed and a toothpick should come out clean.
