- Increase baking temperature by 15F
- Check for doneness around 5-8 minutes earlier than recommended

When you live as high altitude as I do you know your answer above isn't based on the chemistry of high altitude baking
I made the suggested adjustments and the cupcakes collapsed completely in the middle. They look like sad donuts! I used melted, but room temp coconut oil per the preferences shared in this article: https://simplemills.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008368693-What-oil-should-I-use-
