There are a lot of great egg replacement options for our products, but each product behaves a little differently, so we've created a chart with the best options for each mix.
Please keep in mind that the recipes on the back of the box were created with egg in mind. Therefore replacing the egg will slightly alter the taste and texture.

Applesauce: Use current instructions for pancakes, just replace ¼ cup applesauce per egg. Coconut Flour: Add ½ Cup water instead of ¼ cup water. Oil and vanilla stay the same. Mix the coconut flour and dry mix with the liquids at the same time. |

Club Soda
Add ½ cup club soda of choice to the full box along with the vanilla extract (will NOT need to add in the water and oil listed in the instructions). |
Neat Egg: You may want to add up to an additional 4 Tbsp water to batter if very thick (everything else stays the same). Bake at 325F for 30 minutes.
Club Soda: For best results, whisk and place in oven quickly. Bake at 325F for 30 minutes.

1 Egg = 1 Tbsp Neat Egg + 2 Tbsp Water

1 Egg = ¼ cup mashed banana

Neat Egg: Add in 1/3 cup water instead of 2/3 as said in directions (everything else stays the same). Bakes at 325F for 30 minutes. Banana: Half the oil but kept everything else the same. Bakes at 350 for 30 min.

Fleggs: Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until middle is cooked thoroughly.
Applesauce: Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Let cool completely before eating. Would not recommend over fleggs (ends up with a wetter texture).
