There are a lot of great egg replacement options for our products! You'll just want to keep flavor in mind when choosing your substitution.
- You can use 1/4 cup of applesauce, mashed banana, mashed avocado, or pumpkin puree per egg
- This recipe for flax eggs (click here to view) works well in most of our products
- If you're making our Brownie Mix, reduce to 1.5 TBSP water + 1 TBSP flax meal per egg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda + 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar per egg, mixed separately & added last to other mixed ingredients
**Please keep in mind that the recipes on the back of the box were created with egg in mind. Therefore replacing the egg will slightly alter the taste and texture.
